Endoplasmic reticulum

Mean:
        Endo                   inside
        Plasma                cytoplasm or cell
        Reticulum          network
Definition:
"it is a double membrane-bounded structure present in the network from throughout the cytoplasm of the eukaryotic cell".
Discovery:
fist discovered by o reported by the porter in 1945
Chemical Composition:
chemically composed of proteins, lipids and little amount of cholesterol.
Types:
on the base of physical structure, they have two types.
1-Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum:
Definition:
"it is the type of E.R to which ribosome are attached together and appears granular and rough in the form"
Diagram:

2-Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum:
Definition:
"it is the type of E.R to which ribosomes are not attached and appeared smooth in the form".

Function:
1-They help in the transport of material within the cell.
2-RER  involved in protein synthesizes.
3-SER helps in detoxification of drugs in the liver.
4-SER helps in liver metabolism.
5-SER plays a role in muscle contraction.

Digestive System

Definition:                   "The mechanical and chemical break down of large, complex, non-diffusible food into small, simple, diffusible and soluble form is known as Digestion". 1)Mechanical digestion:                                       "The break down of food without the help of any chemical or enzyme action is called mechanical digestion". 2)chemical Digestion:                                    "The break down of food with the help of digestive juices or enzyme present in the digestive tract".                           Digestiv e System:                               "it is the system in which the organs are involved in the process of the digestive system or absorption. Part,s:           There are two different parts,s of the digestive tract. 1)Alimentary Tract:                                The food passes from that tract. It starts from the mouth and ends at the anus. It is consists of a mouth, pharynx, esophagu

Three type of chromosome

There are three main types of chromosomes on the base of ribosomes: 1:free chromosome 2:membrane bounded chromosome 3:orgnelleies bounded membrane No1:          Free chromosome they  are present insole or matrix of the cell.  Many are present in the mitochondria of the cell.                                    No2:        Membrane-bounded chromosome.  The single chromosome  of a prokaryotic cell is not enclosed  within a nuclear membrane . Among eukaryotes, the chromosome  is contained in a membrane boundary of the  cell nucleus .  No3:        O rganelles bounded chromosomes are mainly found in the cytoplasm of the cell.  In the animals, cells have different organelles such as the endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, chloroplasts, mitochondria, and others. Have contained  several, rod-shaped chromosome.
